Mission description

We are looking for an Operation Coordinator for our entity in Singapour. The Operation Coordinator provides skilled and profitable resources to cient's needs and ensure the distribution of deliverables within contractual agreement.

The main missions of the Operation Coordinator will be to :
• Be the focal point with field personnel
• Ensure that clients requirements and applicable documentation are distributed to the field personnel
• Ensure that clients requirements are understood and applied
• In close cooperation with the field personnel, support the organization and performance of accurate field services in the workshops, warehouses and other location
• Update the internal management software with status of requests, assignments and financial agreements
• Participate to the investigation on customer claims or resources issues
• Negotiate rates with contractors (service)
• Prepare technical and commercial proposal to clients
• Ensure that the extent of network is enough to cover client's needs
• Ensure that profiles of submitted personnel is updated on the internal management software
• Ensure that the proposed personnel is corresponding to the clients expectations and able to perform the requested service
• Ensure the correct invoicing of service
• Review the reports of activities performed by the field resources
• Participate to client meetings if requested by Management
• Participate to tendering process if requested by Management

Profile

Qualifications and experience :
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
• Junior accepted
• Pro-active and able to drive a small investigation
• Experience of managing a documentation database is a plus
• Autonomy and experience required, to be able to work remotely with internal and external field personnel
• Customer service oriented
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Package : 2000 to 2500 SGD / month + AWS + Group Term Life + Group Personal Accident
